"Křehký" stands for "fragile" in english. Hmmm, does it? Within the context of the Prague Gallery "Křehký", glass objects are hard as steel. And not only glass objects, porcelain, furniture and other design ware attack with the strength of a vulture claw. Sharp, bold and mindcraving lines, colors and finest craftmanship. Artek, Lladró, Driade... I lick all my five fingers.

Their current exhibition "Praise of Vienna" shows the fruits of cooperation between Vienna glass factory Lobmeyr and u.a. Czech designer Maxim Velčovský.

"Praise of Vienna will focus primarily on the renowned Vienna-based glassworks of Lobmeyr and unique projects designed by Czech and Austrian designers for Vienna Design Week: City Shades by Maxim Velčovský, Zpátky do dětství by Olgoj Chorchoj, and the Rumkugelbahn by the Viennese duo of mischer’traxler."
